Who is the founder?
Karan Taneja is the Founder of AIRA Ed-Tech and a Global HR leader with over 2 decades of working closely with organizations across 9+ countries, leading hiring and talent strategies. Through years of experience working closely with both companies and candidates, he saw firsthand how capable individuals often miss opportunities due to a lack of the right skills. AIRA was created to change that by making learning practical, relevant, and aligned with real-world demands.
